Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
    Add butter, milk, chopped nuts, and vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
    Mix together and sprinkle over batter:
    1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
    Pour 1 cup hot water over cake.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm with ice cream. May be doubled for 9 x 13-inch pan.
