Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    uncooked rice
    onions
    green pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    water
    pork chops
Preparation
    Cover bottom of casserole dish with uncooked rice.
    On top, add sliced onions, green pepper, 1 can stewed tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add water to cover rice.
    Brown pork chops on one side.
    Put brown side down on rice.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Take off foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
