Pineapple Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine.
    Add egg, salt and vanilla.
    Mix until light and fluffy.
    Spoon evenly into pie crust.
    Chill. Whip cream until stiff and blend in pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of egg mixture and chill thoroughly.
    Makes two pies.
