Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 1/4 sticks margarine
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    1 small can green chili peppers, remove seeds, drain and chop
Preparation
    Cook grits in water and salt until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Butter large baking dish.
    Pour mixture into dish. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 15 people.
    To reheat, put into oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
