Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cooked chicken breasts
    2 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. butter, added to rice
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (2 c. dry)
    10 mushrooms, sliced
    10 scallops, chopped
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. celery
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    a little Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and scallops.
    Add soups, celery and cheeses. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (covered the first 30 minutes).
