Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. carrots, salted, boiled, drained and mashed
2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
dash of cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
-
Blend all together and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
