Geneva'S Cereal Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. Cheerios
    1 can nuts (any kind)
    1/2 c. dark Karo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix Karo, brown sugar, oleo and vanilla together.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Then pour syrup mixture over Cheerios and nuts.
    Coat well; put in a large deep pan.
    Toast 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir a few times to keep from sticking. Pour out on wax paper to cool.
    Store in covered container.
