Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped hot peppers (seeds included)
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers, seeded
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Boil 10 minutes. Add food coloring. Boil 5 minutes. Strain and pour into jars. Seal.
