Oklahoma Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    1 can white Shoepeg corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 bunch green onion
    1 small red onion
    1 small bottle Zesty Italian dressing
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Open all cans and dump in a strainer to drain. Chop the green onion and red onion. Put all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Pour Zesty Italian dressing in and marinate overnight. Before serving, stick in strainer and drain.
