Enchilada Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas (in refrigerator section)
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning (follow directions on pkg.)
    1 lb. hamburger (brown with taco seasoning)
    1 (about 16 oz.) pkg. shredded Jack cheese or Mexican cheese, mixed
    1 large onion raw, chopped
Preparation
    In 9-inch round casserole dish, pour a little enchilada sauce. Place 3 tortillas and add a little sauce.
    Add 1/2 hamburg mixture and 1/2 onion.
    Add some shredded cheese.
    Repeat, layering tortillas, sauce, hamburg, onion and cheese, then finish with tortillas and sauce, then rest of cheese.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then uncovered about 15 minutes.
    Let stand before serving.
    Serve with salsa, sour cream, back olives, chopped tomatoes, lettuce or whatever you like.
    Serves 4.
