Healthy Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fat-free refried beans
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 (4.5 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
    1/4 head lettuce, shredded
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 (18 oz.) bag fat-free shredded cheese
    1 to 2 green bell peppers
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. soft flour or corn tortillas
Preparation
    Mix refried beans, salsa and green chiles in saucepan.
    Cook at medium heat.
    Meanwhile, prepare lettuce, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers.
    Heat tortillas in oven 5 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Place one large spoonful bean mixture onto center of tortillas.
    Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and cheese to taste.
    Roll up tortilla and enjoy.
    This makes a delicious low-fat meal.
