Microwave Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (long grain)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. oleo
Preparation
    Measure rice, salt and oleo into 2-quart casserole (1 round preferred).
    Stir in hot water.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High 5 minutes then change to 50% power for 11 to 15 minutes.
    Stir, then let stand, covered, 2 to 4 minutes.
