Rhubarb Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Make regular pie crust dough in a 9-inch pie plate.
Arrange rhubarb in pie shell.
Sprinkle with Jell-O.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle on top of pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender.
