Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whipping cream
    milk (enough to fill container 3/4 full)
    2 or 3 peaches, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Mash ripe peaches.
    Add sugar and lemon juice.
    Whip the whipping cream slightly.
    Put all ingredients in ice cream freezer container and add milk.
    Makes 1 gallon.
