New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. Honey maid graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
5 pkg. (8 oz. each) philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. Breakstone's sour cream
4 eggs
Preparation

Crust:
Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter together and press firmly into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake crust at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Set baked crust aside to cool.
