Stir-Fried Shrimp With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. wine
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
    Add green onions, ginger and garlic.
    Stir-fry about 1 minute.
    Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli and stir-fry about 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
    Pour over shrimp-broccoli mixture.
    Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens, about 2 minutes more.
