Granola Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    4 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats, uncooked
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. nonfat dried milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) dry roasted peanuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruits, cut
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried pitted dates, cut
Preparation
    Combine honey, peanut butter, oil and brown sugar in a saucepan; heat until it comes to a simmer.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into rectangular pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
    Makes 12 cups.
