Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained
    1 large sugar-free vanilla pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
    large angel food cake, cut in bite size pieces
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pack in mixing bowl lined with Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight. Turn out.
    Ice with Cool Whip and coconut.
    Keep refrigerated.
