Frango Mint Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker pie crust
    1 c. butter
    2 c. powdered sugar
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate.
    Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla and flavoring.
    Pour into pie shell and freeze. Twenty minutes before serving, remove from freezer.
    Top with whipped cream and serve.
