Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and drained or ham
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 3/4 c. cream
pinch of red cayenne pepper
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
2 oz. shredded Gruyere cheese
Preparation

Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, cream and cayenne pepper. Grate cheese on bottom of unbaked pie crust. Pour egg mixture and bacon over cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool 5 to 7 minutes.
