Buttermilk Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in uncooked pie shells.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 and for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 2 pies.
