Sweet-Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. hot water
4 c. cooked carrots
pepper
Preparation

Brown butter; blend in cornstarch and continue browning, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings.
Combine sugar, vinegar and water and add to the first mixture gradually.
Cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over hot carrots.
