Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. persimmon pudding
1 3/4 c. canned milk
2 c. presifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix together eggs (beaten), pudding and milk.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients.
Stir in melted butter, 3 tablespoons.
Pour mixture into a shallow greased pan to depth of about 2-inches.
