Farmers Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. pork chops
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
all-purpose flour
Preparation

Roll pork chops in flour and brown in cooking oil, then add garlic, salt, pepper and onions to oil.
Place potatoes in casserole dish.
Add the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Arrange garlic and onions on top of pork chops.
Blend sour cream with dry mustard.
Pour this over the top of onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
