Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked, converted rice
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    3 c. hot water and mushroom juice
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Pour rice into the bottom of a baking dish. Set aside 1 tablespoon of onion soup mix.
    Spread the remaining onion soup mix over the rice.
    Cover with mushrooms, reserving juice.
    Add enough hot water to the mushroom juice to make 3 cups. Put pork chops on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour.
