Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cranberries
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Wash and drain cranberries.
    In a pot, combine cranberries and water. Boil for 20 minutes.
    Press through a sieve.
    Stir in sugar. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Pour into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Chill.
    Yields 4 cups.
