Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed, chopped and uncooked
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Mix and pour into greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Cook at least one day ahead. Better if refrigerated 2 or 3 days before serving.
