Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. melted shortening
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    nutmeats (optional)
    12 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix well the melted shortening and sugars.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add to other ingredients.
    Add chips and nutmeats.
    Spread on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
