Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
3/4 c. sugar, divided
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
3 c. milk
2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

In saucepan, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt.
Add egg yolks and milk; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes, until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
