Garden Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small to medium yellow squash
    1 small to medium zucchini
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 large tomato
    1/4 stick oleo
    salt and pepper
    Italian seasoning
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Slice squash thin; cut pepper in strips.
    Slice onion thin. Melt oleo; saute first 4 ingredients until tender.
    While these are cooking, cut up tomato.
    When squash is done, put in tomato and let heat from veggies warm them.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
    Serve immediately.
