Curried Pork With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork steak (1/2-inch thick)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 large Golden Delicious apple, sliced thin
    1 1/4 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a wok, melt 3 tablespoons butter or margarine to 350\u00b0.
    Add pork; cook and stir 6 minutes.
    Remove from wok and reserve. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and melt 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
    Add the onion; cook and stir 3 minutes.
    Add the apple; cook and stir 2 minutes.
