Baked Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. artichoke hearts, cooked
1 c. Parmesan, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place all ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth.
Pour into shallow baking dish and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until light brown on top.
Serve with tortilla chips, French bread or crackers.
