Aunt Debbie'S Cracker Barrel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    21 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
    Fold crackers and pecans into egg whites.
    Bake in greased pie plate for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Chill. Garnish with Cool Whip and pecans.
