Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes *
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    salt and white pepper
    a few grains cayenne
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Prepare mashed potatoes.
    Whip the whipping cream until stiff.
    Season it with salt, white pepper and cayenne.
    Combine it with grated cheese.
    Spread mashed potatoes in casserole dish. Cover with the whipped cream mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are lightly brown.
