Barbecued Ribs - Western - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. spareribs, parboiled and separated
1 can (12 oz.) vegetable juice cocktail
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. prepared yellow mustard
1/4 c. corn oil
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil and cook, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes.
Dips ribs into sauce and grill or roast 40 to 45 minutes, or until tender, basting often and turning to brown evenly.
