Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/4 c. molasses
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. bran cereal
raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes in muffin pan.
Use either cupcake papers or grease pan.
