1/2 c. French's classic yellow mustard
1/2 c. orange marmalade *
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Brush mixture on ham (or other meat, vegetables, etc.) frequently during the last hour of baking. Makes 1 cup (enough for 10 to 15 pounds ham).
Can use glaze on roasted chicken, turkey or as a dipping sauce for shrimp or chicken nuggets.
