Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cocoa
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cocoa in pan.
    Add some water to make paste.
    Add remainder of water.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
