Dilled Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. tomato juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 lb. small cooked shrimp
16 lettuce leaves
Preparation

Pour tomato juice into a 1 to 1.5-quart pan.
Sprinkle with gelatin and let stand for 5 minutes to soften.
Place pan over low heat and cook, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool.
