Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 jalapenos, halved and cleaned (use the canned ones)
1 lb. cream cheese
1 large handful pecans
Preparation

Chop pecans to almost a sand consistency.
Add carrots and onions from the can of jalapenos.
Blend in approximately 1/4 cup of the juice.
Fill up each of the jalapeno halves.
Makes about 40 or so.
