Sausage Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb pork sausage
1/2 c onion, chopped fine
1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 c buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c mayonnaise
3/4 c milk
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp water

Preparation

Brown sausage and onion in skillet, stirring until sausage is crumbly, drain will.
Add cheeses, parsley, 1 egg and tabasco sauce.
Mix well.
