Sausage Rissoto Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 c. long grain rice
8 1/2 c. chicken broth, heated
1 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sage
1 1/2 c. dry white wine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. chopped almonds, toasted
Preparation

In a skillet, cook sausage; drain, crumble and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
Add onions until tender.
Add rice and stir constantly, coating until rice is opaque, but brown.
