Screwball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2/3 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients well and form into a hole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and spread with icing.
