Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large onions
    2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. red wine
    2 qt. water
    3 cubes beef bouillon
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add garlic and rosemary.
    Remove meat and simmer onions until soft.
    Sprinkle in brown sugar and stir.
    Return meat.
    Add wine.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
