Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg whites (save for meringue)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. or 1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa and salt), then add milk slowly.
    Beat well until smooth.
    Cook over hot water until thick.
    Add egg yolks and cook 5 minutes over hot water, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool, then pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue; bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes until slightly browned.
