Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain and return to skillet.
    Add tomato soup and enchilada sauce.
    Heat.
    Stir well.
    Add meat sauce mix to each tortilla.
    Sprinkle on some cheese; roll each enchilada up. Place seam-side down in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Uncover.
    Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes.
