Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Place on paper towel and press until slightly moist.
    Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream and vegetable soup mix, then add water chestnuts; mix well.
    Cover and chill mixture several hours.
    Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
    It's also good served as a salad dressing.
