Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 14 lb.) turkey
    2 gal. cooking oil
Preparation
    Dry and season turkey (inside and out).
    Heat oil until temperature reaches 375\u00b0.
    Place turkey in oil.
    Cook 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
    Place on a platter.
    Cook 1/2 hour before carving. You must use a thermometer to check temperature of oil. Oil must be kept at 325\u00b0 while cooking.
