Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. matzo meal
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine coconut, sugar, matzo meal and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in egg whites and extract; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
    Remove from baking sheets immediately.
