Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. pork
    1 lb. rice, cooked 3 minutes
    celery
    onion
    3 heads cabbage, scaled cabbage leaves
    2 cans tomato juice (large)
    sauerkraut
    1 egg
Preparation
    Fry onion and celery in oil.
    Rinse rice and boil 1 minute. Combine chuck and pork.
    Add egg and celery mixture.
    Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place meat mixture in cooled cabbage leaf and roll.
    Cover with tomato juice and sauerkraut.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours in large roasting pan.
